Oats: Oats are known to be low-glycemic food and due to this quality, they don’t spike the blood sugar of our body and hence prevent the skin from wrinkles and acne where high glycemic foods like breads, pasta, rice etc. are refined and high glycemic and causes wrinkles. Grapes: The skin of the grapes give Resveratrol which prevents the skin from being inflammed. Moreover, it makes the aging process slow and has anti UV properties which protect the skin from sun damage.
Tomatoes: Tomatoes have genes that produce lycopene, anthocyanin, carotene and anti-oxidants. These help the skin from sun burn and keeps it youthful for a long period.
Cabbage: Cabbage has phytochemicals, glucosinolates, sulphoraphane, anthocyanins which affect the carcinogenic activities. Its also a good source of indole-3-carbinol, which repair DNA in cells and prevent sunstroke.
