Young professionals often spend more time in office than at home or somewhere else. So as a result, there are so many single men and women who dont have time to meet new people. So, automatically and naturally, they seek their potential partners within their surrounding environment that is office.
When in a workplace, people make bonds with their co-workers. They grow in depth relationships that deepens into romance. Office is the place where people share a common interest, and spend most of their time. This place provides the perfect opportunity for love. In offices, while employers may desire for employees to be happy. It is a highly sensitive subject for romance, due to the lack of formal rules and policies in business, almost all working citizens will be somehow be connected to a workplace romance.
Single people feel that office is a natural place to meet new people. People spend at least 40 hours a week in office with individuals of similar background and interests. Hard work doesnt leave much time for socializing so relationship with co-workers can be tempting. Having relationship in office is time efficient, as you have not to search for a significant other in the evening.

It also interferes with individuals professional duties. Office romance also has many consequences. Before getting into a relationship with a colleague, you should consider its potential outcomes. You should evaluate whos trust worthy, their position & the breakup consequences. Rivalry and competition may harm the relationship. Accusations of sexual harassment may arise after breakup.
There are somethings you should never say in your relationship with co-worker like about sexual prowess and former sexual liaisons about your partner, unethical business topics, bad mouthing etc.
Overall, office romance is fun and successful. Today, a no. of newly weds are co workers but before beginning a relationship, you should take proper steps like you should ensure that the relationship will last without interference in workplace.
