Habit 1: Do break the fast, with breakfast every morning!

Habit 2: Drink water, early and every morning

Drinking water, before anything else in the morning, helps in boosting your metabolism, removing toxins from the blood, loosing weight, increasing the production of new blood and muscle cells etc. Well, water is like a boon to anything and everything. Drinking it early in the morning and then all day long will only help you to feel all the more fit and younger.

Habit 3: Eat dairy, daily!

Including milk and milk products in your daily lives, will help keeping your bones and teeth strong and healthy. It will even help you in shedding some extra pounds.
Studies have also shown that it can even help in preventing various heart and kidney diseases, gall stones, colon cancer etc.

Including one milk product daily in any of your meals will help you keep going.

Habit 4: Take a daily walk for at least half an hour

Walking regularly for half an hour or more is equally good as exercising for half an hour daily. You may even need not take time out to get up early in the morning and prepare to go for a walk, but you can always walk to your workplace or be back from your workplace walking. You can even go walking at night or in the afternoon during lunch time or during any other free hour that you may have. However, there is nothing like a walk in the morning itself, but it is okay even if you manage to make it at any other time of the day. Walking will help you releasing your knee and other joint pains, controlling diabetes, reducing weight etc. Benefits of a daily walk are innumerable!

Habit 5: Keep snacking, but healthily

This one is for those who love munching all the time. At work or at home, people often love munching onto some snack or the other, just to satisfy their taste buds and be answerable to the off time hunger calls. Well, you need not deny those hunger calls but rather you can keep munching on some of the healthy snacks such as fibrous Biscuits, Poha, Upma, Oats, Nuts, Rice Puffs, Fruits, Salads and a lot more. Eating such snacks for all day long will make you put up, quite less of the weight and keep you feel fulfilled all the time so that you do not depend much on the ‘main meals’ of the day. This habit will make you eat in proportions, the healthy snacks.

Habit 6: Sleep tight to keep fight

Having a fair amount of sleep everyday is must! An average human is advised to sleep for 5 to 8 hours a day. A power sleep everyday helps you in improving your physical performance, boosting your mood, boosting your immune system, reducing stress levels, regulating hormones, preventing diabetes and a lot more. Sleep provides an overall boost to our body after we have exhausted all our energy and spirit in a day.
