The new lifestyle patterns that we have adopted these days are far from healthy and good. Increased consumption of smoke, alcohol and junk is leading us to nowhere else, but severe health issues. The effect on our health is not restricted to just the basic health problems, but even the complex ones such as infertility. Yes, that’s true. The ill practices that we do in our daily lives are taking a toll on fertility of men and women. So, what to do then? Well, there’s always a scope to do a lot actually. Yoga is one savior to all these problems. Here we have some yoga positions to tell you to enhance fertility.

Position 1: Alternate breathing

This one is the very common and simple yoga stance where in, you have to close one nostril with your nose and breathe in with another, and then close the second nostril and breathe out from another. This simple stance will enable your body and mind to de-stress and contribute in enhancing fertility.

Position 2: Butterfly position

For this stance , you have to sit with your feet touching each other’s base in such a way that your legs form a shape like that of the wings of a butterfly. Now, pull your joined feet in, towards your body and relax. This position will help in enhancing fertility and overall health.

Position 3: Legs along the wall straight up

In this position, you have to lie against the wall with your back on the floor but legs along the walls, uprighted and straight so that you form an ‘L’ shape with your body. Be in this position for sometime and then relax. This will help in conceiving better than earlier.

Position 4: One leg stretched-bend :

To attain this position you have to sit down on the floor and then stretch your one leg with you knee straight and feet pointing towards front. Now bend you upper body down such that your forehead touches your knee of the stretched leg. Be in this position for a few seconds and then relax. Now do the same with the next leg.

Practicing these four positions early in the morning can give a real boost to your fertility and much more! These yoga positions will help you relieve stress, anxiety, mental pressure and stiffness, hence leading you to feel good and eventually conceive better!
