Generally, not all pretty well-tuned into their work-life merge and stress-busting routines. While there is a routine we should keep going back to,  it wasn’t designed over night. It took a while to implement small changes in daily schedule, and also to surrender to the fact that a perfect formula for work-life balance does not exist. Still, you can make small changes, over time, toward transforming the way you respond to work stress and cultivate resilience.
